My paintings express my sense of wonder of the natural world. More than just an abstract view of objects, I explore individual beauty and the divine connection to all things. Using layer upon layer, sometimes adding, then scraping away - building texture and depth to draw the viewer into the moment of viewing - to expand the experience - to bring a sense of calm before moving on to buy groceries.
